When I was 40 I collapsed at home, I was super fit and strong. The Drs decision to leave taking me to surgery almost cost me my life. You see I was slowly bleeding to death internally, I can tell you that without blood you cant speak , hold your head up or even take a sip of a drink. My GP told me that my level of fitness literally saved my life.

The power of your life is in your heart beat, beating in your chest pumping, circulating litres and litres of blood around your body.

The way of life for many people these days is filed with stressful relationships either personally or at work,others find just living each day is a stress. Then there is stress around money and raising kids. The list is long but I can tell you form experience and through all of my studied knowledge that your heart will only take so much stress before it grips you in pain down your arm, the side of your jaw and in your chest or perhaps a failed valve that causes you to be on that emergency trolley in the hospital.
